Terms of Usage

The scanlations that you will read here are all copyrighted, albeit unlicensed, versions of Nitta Youka's Haru Wo Daiteita and Boku No Koe. We have done this move to accord some measure of protection to our hard work from those who would steal or distribute our scanlations without our permission.

As such, we have set a few ground rules…

DO NOT DISTRIBUTE our scanlations on file-sharing forums without our expressed written permission. At present, we are only posting our scanlations in Youka Nitta Livejournal Community and put up download links in this site. So you may get our files from these two locations.

Permission will only be given to distributors who will post our scanlations as a complete zip file (together with the credits and copyright notice). We strongly discourage people from posting our scanlations piecemeal (as in one jpg image at a time).

Do not use our scans and translations to make foreign language scanlations without our expressed written permission. Our staff has gone through a lot of trouble, time and effort to request these scans from a variety of sources.
